Klawpen - Terms & Policy (Draft)

Klawpen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for creating, editing, and publishing websites.

This license is provided only for lawful business or personal use and does not transfer ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

By using Klawpen, you agree that you will NOT:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, exploit, or bypass platform security.
• Use the service for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Upload or generate content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or applicable laws.
• Disrupt service availability, system integrity, or other users' experience.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload (prompts, text, media, project data).

Klawpen retains all rights to its software, infrastructure, brand, UI, and proprietary systems.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or derivative use of Klawpen's platform components is prohibited.

Klawpen may use AI providers to generate code/content/design suggestions.

AI output may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated output before production use.

Klawpen is not liable for business, legal, technical, or financial consequences resulting from unreviewed AI output.

We may add, modify, pause, or remove features to improve reliability, security, or performance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free behavior, or permanent availability of every feature.

Planned major changes may be announced through the website or dashboard when reasonably possible.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Billing is recurring unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation prevents renewal of the next cycle.
• Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• Partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period are generally not provided unless legally required.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

If a core paid feature is technically non-functional on our side, users may request a refund within the stated refund window shown at checkout.

To request a refund, contact support with account email, payment details, and a clear issue description (screenshots/video if possible).

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

We process account and usage data necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We may use third-party providers (e.g., AI APIs, payment processors, analytics tools) under their own terms and privacy frameworks.

We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and diagnostic data may be collected to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

These terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our official website with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of Klawpen after updates means you accept the revised terms.
